Our client is seeking an exceptional data and AI leader to build an advanced intelligence platform that transforms how the organization measures performance and makes decisions.

The goal is to create a centralized, real-time view of the business by connecting information from across approximately 40 schools and using advanced analytics and AI to identify trends, explain performance, predict future outcomes, and recommend improvements.This goes beyond traditional reporting and dashboards. We want someone who can envision and oversee a sophisticated system that proactively identifies opportunities, uncovers problems, and helps leadership make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the development of a centralized business intelligence and analytics platform.
• Integrate data from key systems, including enrollment, admissions, marketing, staffing, payroll, expenses, and school operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into performance across individual schools and the overall portfolio.
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to identify patterns, explain performance differences, and uncover operational inefficiencies.
• Build predictive models for enrollment, admissions conversion, staffing needs, vacancies, expenses, and other important business metrics.
• Explore AI applications such as call analysis, employee productivity measurement, process compliance, and automated performance monitoring.
• Establish reliable data architecture, reporting standards, data validation processes, and performance metrics.
• Develop systems that automatically flag unusual results, emerging problems, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex data into practical insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Oversee external developers, data engineers, integration specialists, and technology vendors as needed.
• Continuously identify new ways to use data, AI, and automation to improve business performance.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, AI, data science, or technology strategy.
• Demonstrated experience designing or building sophisticated analytics platforms, data infrastructure, or predictive systems.
• Strong understanding of BI tools, data architecture, system integrations, and data management.
• Experience with AI applications, machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced analytical modeling.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and actionable analytical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reporting accuracy, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing technical teams, outside developers, or implementation partners.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities with practical business outcomes.
