We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to help expand across a wide range of industries. This role is commission-only and best suited for someone who excels in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and

confidently presenting our full suite of staffing services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for researching and targeting large organizations and facilities- including shelters, medical centers, hotels, warehouses, government buildings,

corporate offices, and more-and developing long-term partnerships with decision-makers.



Key Responsibilities

● Identify, research, and build a pipeline of large businesses and facilities with ongoing staffing needs (e.g., shelters, medical facilities, warehouses, hotels, schools, office buildings).

● Conduct outreach, set appointments, and meet with business owners, directors, and facility managers.

● Present Handle’s complete range of staffing solutions and tailor offerings to each facility’s unique needs.

● Build strong, trust-based relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

● Offer and explain all services clearly, including: cleaning, laborers, security, front desk/reception, maintenance, warehouse staff, and any additional personnel a client requires

● Maintain excellent communication with clients and follow up consistently.

● Close deals and manage accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.

● Track all interactions, prospects, and follow-ups in the company system or CRM.



Qualifications

● Proven ability in sales (industry experience preferred but not required).

● Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people and speaking with business owners.

● Highly self-motivated and driven by results- able to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

● Reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.

● Professional, trustworthy, and able to build authentic relationships.
