Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 5 employees
• Ensure accurate receiving of incoming shipments and proper placement within the warehouse
• Maintain organized inventory systems, including tracking stock levels and shelf locations
• Supervise order picking and ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Implement and follow new warehouse systems and processes
• Monitor employee performance, ensure productivity, and handle hiring and terminations as needed
• Open and manage warehouse operations daily, including entering data into the system each morning
• Handle paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and running efficiently at all times

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with inventory management systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure operational efficiency
