Position: Project Manager

Position Summary: The Project Manager leads and coordinates client implementation projects at our client.


This position works closely with Account Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure each

project runs smoothly from kickoff through completion. The Project Manager ensures all deliverables

are executed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the client’s goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned projects from the Account Manager once the client signs off on services.

• Lead communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and

timely updates.

• Coordinate quotes, service orders, assumptions, and cancellations to ensure seamless transitions.

• Track and manage project timelines, proactively addressing delays or risks.

• Facilitate installation scheduling and ensure technical and logistical readiness at each site.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in CRM.

• Provide regular progress reports to Account Managers and escalate challenges when necessary.

• Identify process improvements and suggest workflow optimizations to enhance efficiency and client

satisfaction.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Percentage of projects completed on or ahead of schedule.

• Client satisfaction rating post-project completion.

• Accuracy and thoroughness of project documentation in CRM.

• Number of escalations resolved within target timeframe.

• Consistency of communication and timeliness of status updates.


Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in telecom, IT, or project management roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proven attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across client, vendor, and internal channels.

• Experience managing complex service implementations or multi-site projects.

• Proficiency with CRM and project tracking tools (Zoho preferred).

• Ability to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and resolve issues under pressure.

• Familiarity with ISPs, telecom carriers, or healthcare environments is an advantage.
