Outside Sales Rep

$50,000+ base (DOE) + commission 

Our client is an industry-specific staffing company based in Lakewood, NJ. They are seeking a dynamic, motivated, growth-minded salesperson to join their team. This person will be a crucial part of developing their sales process and pipeline; this role holds a lot of growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Source and follow new leads
• Follow up on leads provided by the team
• Facilitate a smooth and successful handoff to the customer service team
• Stay up to date with client relations
• Identify and target new market demographics
• Provide comprehensive growth reports

Requirements:

• Sales experience, preferably within the staffing or service industry
• Proven record of successful sales growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to clients’ location if necessary
