ABA Recruiter

$60,000 - $70,000 + commission
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management:
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings internally and externally.
- Partner with the HR team to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work through various channels.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
- Compliance:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an internal or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
