Our client is a fast-growing national flexible packaging manufacturer serving customers across the pet food, confectionery, and frozen food industries. The company partners with customers to enhance packaging performance, improve operational efficiency, and reduce overall costs.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative focused on new business development throughout the United States. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at prospecting, building long-term customer relationships, and closing complex deals. The position is fully remote and includes travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development across food manufacturing 
• Identify and pursue high-value prospects through strategic prospecting and networking within food manufacturing and industrial supply chains
• Build consultative relationships with procurement leaders, plant managers, and operations leaders
• Analyze and conduct needs assessments and recommend custom packaging solutions
• Partner with internal production and operations teams to ensure successful order execution
• Represent CPG at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events 

What They're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of successful flexible packaging experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or packaging workflows
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and effective working in a remote sales environment
