The Role

This is not a sales role. It’s a high-responsibility, client-facing position for someone who knows digital marketing execution and can build long-term client relationships. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a book of client accounts—handling strategy discussions, project coordination, and retention. If you’ve touched PPC campaigns (especially Google or Meta), this role gives you a front-row seat to both execution and leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Own client relationships: kickoff, weekly calls, monthly reports, and results reviews
  • Translate client needs into tasks for SEO, ads, and automation teams
  • Audit and advise on live PPC campaigns (Google and/or Meta)
  • Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot performance with internal teams
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
  • Hold the line on quality, communication, and client satisfaction
  • Speak the language of healthcare executives, including many Orthodox Jewish business owners


Who You Are

  • 2+ years managing client accounts in marketing, SaaS, or services
  • Direct experience running or reviewing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both
  • Confident communicator, skilled at translating technical into clear strategy
  • Calm under pressure, focused on outcomes
  • Experience with healthcare clients is a bonus
