As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing clients marketing strategy. You will oversee a talented team responsible for social media, copywriting, and strategy. Your ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate will be essential in driving the agency's growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals. Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that address their specific objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Lead and manage marketing team: Oversee the performance of the social media, copywriting, and strategy teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Social media management: Develop and execute effective social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for clients.
  • Copywriting oversight: Ensure high-quality copywriting for all marketing materials, including website content, advertising, and social media posts. Collaborate with copywriters to develop compelling and persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strategy development: Work with clients and internal teams to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with their brand identity and business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional service. Proactively address client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Performance measurement and analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure our agency remains competitive and delivers cutting-edge solutions to clients.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a creative agency setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for clients
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing analytics tools
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong understanding of branding and messaging
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
