Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the entire assembly line, ensuring all production goals are met with efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Plan, coordinate, and control daily production activities to meet company targets and customer demand.
• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 75 employees, creating a positive and productive environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure material availability and smooth workflow across all production stages.
• Monitor production performance, identifying bottlenecks and proactively implementing corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety awareness throughout the department.
• Provide hands-on leadership — coaching, training, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership to align production output with company goals.
• Track production metrics such as output, downtime, and efficiency, preparing detailed reports for management review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and optimize labor and materials.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
• Proven ability to oversee large teams (50+ employees) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, assembly workflows, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills with the ability to connect with and inspire team members.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred but not required.
