Responsibilities:


  • Support the growth of our infrastructure and help meet our clients' needs.
  • Interact with clients via phone and email, providing top-tier support.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and represent the company and clients with best practices.


Qualifications:


  • 1 year of prior office experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed, non-micro-managed environment.
  • A strong passion for customer service and teamwork.
  • Experience in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, or Life Insurance is a plus (but not required).
