Director of Human Resources

Location: Clifton, NJ (On-Site)

Comp: $220K base + 20k bonus

The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead all HR operations for a fast-growing organization relocating its corporate headquarters to Clifton, NJ. You will run HR like a business unit — strategy, compliance, culture, people systems, and leadership development included.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 7 HR professionals
• Own all employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• Create scalable people systems and workflows
• Oversee recruiting operations in partnership with leadership
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee development
• Lead policy creation and HR infrastructure build-out
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Build culture and accountability
• Serve as advisor to executives on employee strategy

• Senior HR leadership experience (director-level or above)
