Training Facilitator Part Time

Our client is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced Training Facilitator to join their team. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40, with some flexibility in hours. Preferred working hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for our staff.
• Assess training needs and create customized training plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, preferably in coordination.
• Consideration for candidates with other healthcare office experience and some teaching background.
• A genuine interest in training and developing people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
