Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)



Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and client progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior modification techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and working in different environments (home, school, clinic).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with pediatric populations.
  • Familiarity with other certifications (e.g., RBT, LABA).
  • Experience in program development and staff training.
