Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and client progress.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior modification techniques, and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and working in different environments (home, school, clinic).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pediatric populations.
- Familiarity with other certifications (e.g., RBT, LABA).
- Experience in program development and staff training.
