Regional HR Manager

Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, hire, and train HR staff.
Conduct performance evaluations for HR staff.
Manage discipline and terminations for HR staff.
Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
Collaborate with department managers to understand recruitment and retention needs.
Ensure onboarding processes meet compliance standards.
Oversee performance reviews and manage employee status changes and promotions.
Assist with disciplinary actions and terminations.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to senior management.
Develop and implement HR policies and forms.
Handle escalated employment-related inquiries.
Provide support on sensitive HR issues.
Monitor and respond to HR Helpdesk emails.
Ensure accurate documentation in employee files.
Monitor compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Stay informed on HR trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Professionalism and confidentiality.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency with HRIS systems.
Supervisory HR experience preferred.
