We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accounts Executive to join our team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. The Accounts Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across employee management, fleet administration, insurance coordination, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Hours Management
- Accurately record and update employee working hours into the company system.
- Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies.
- Fleet Management
- Oversee company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and inspections.
- Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, and compliance documentation.
- Insurance Administration
- Handle insurance-related tasks such as policy renewals, claims processing, and maintaining records.
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure coverage is up to date.
- Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage company calendars, including meetings, deadlines, and project timelines.
- Coordinate schedules between departments and external stakeholders.
- General Administrative Support
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support operations.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounts or administrative roles, ideally within construction or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
