Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to streamline processes and increase productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to ensure timely and effective delivery of ABA services.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous improvement and achieve company goals.
• Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Strong understanding of ABA therapy operations is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and take action accordingly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and/or operational management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
