Our client is a property management company with multi-family properties located in New Jersey, mostly North Jersey. They are seeking a superintendent to join their team. This role has a lot of potential for growth for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenant maintenance requests, as scheduled
• Address basic electric, boiler, and plumbing issues
• Diagnose and/or schedule outside services for larger issues
• On call for tenant emergencies outside of working hours
• Operate snow plow if/when needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical workings, boilers, and plumbing
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Own a reliable vehicle 
• Ability to operate a snow plow
• Understanding of construction and maintenance 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
