Our client is seeking a motivated BCBA Recruiter to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified BCBAs

• Assist with interviews and onboarding

• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process

• Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience preferred

• ABA experience a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
