Podiatrist

$100-$125/hr
Part-time (1 day/week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide podiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
- Treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, foot ulcers, diabetic foot issues, infections, and more.
- Perform in-office procedures as needed and refer for surgical interventions when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate care, particularly for patients with chronic conditions.
- Document all patient encounters accurately using the clinic’s EMR system.
- Educate patients on preventative care, proper footwear, and home care routines.
- Support the clinic’s mission of high-quality, accessible healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited school.
- Licensed to practice podiatry in NY State.
- Board certified or board eligible in podiatric medicine or surgery.
- Experience in outpatient care or within a primary care/integrated setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to care.
