My client is a fast-growing company providing ABA services to children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities:

• Identify decision-makers and maintain client relationships.
• Generate leads and conduct outreach to potential clients.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and develop insights for new prospects.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and business development activities (networking, cold-calling, e-marketing).
• Driving to different schools to set up meetings

Qualifications:

• Experience in Client or Talent Acquisition, or Sales
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
• Business development experience (networking, cold-calling, event sponsorship).
