A fast-growing company seeking a Senior Finance & Reporting Manager to oversee financial reporting, analytics, and long-term financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Build and manage detailed P&L and performance dashboards
• Analyze cost structures and profit margins
• Support executive leadership with forecasts and strategic planning
• Oversee budgeting, audits, and compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Strong background in financial modeling and reporting tools
• CPA or advanced degree a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
