Our client is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team in Monsey, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, insurance claim processing, and accounts receivable follow-up. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and on time
• Review and audit patient bills for accuracy and completeness
• Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims
• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients to resolve billing issues
• Post insurance and patient payments, and reconcile accounts
• Stay updated on industry regulations and payer-specific requirements
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards



Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing
• Proficient with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Familiarity with insurance guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers)
• Strong knowledge of EOBs, denials, appeals, and collections
• Experience with medical billing software
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
