Our client is seeking a Recordings Specialist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. The Recordings Specialist is responsible for ensuring documents are properly prepared, submitted, and recorded in a timely manner. This position plays a critical role in the post-closing process, helping ensure smooth, compliant, and on-time transactions. The right candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare recordable documents for accuracy and compliance
- Submit documents for county recording and track completion status
- Communicate with title officers, lenders, agents, and clients to resolve recording issues
- Update transaction systems with recording details and status update
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a title insurance recordings role
- Post-closing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with SoftPro title software is a plus
