Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Handle general bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Create and send client proposals
- Schedule and coordinate vendor bookings
- Support with admin and new projects
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Bookkeeping, AP, AR
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, Excel, Word
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy office setting
