Responsibilities:

Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and service expansion to grow the organization’s client base and revenue.

Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a sales team, setting performance goals, providing mentorship, and implementing training programs to ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Oversee Budgeting: Develop and manage departmental budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize resources and profitability.

Manage Talent: Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to build a strong team. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and handle termination decisions when necessary to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Conduct Field Sales: Engage in targeted outside sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and presentations, to generate leads and secure new business.

Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, personalized service, and exceptional problem-solving to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the home care industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and client needs.

Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated success in meeting targets, closing deals, and developing effective sales strategies.

Leadership Skills: Extensive experience leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively and persuasively.

Program Knowledge: Basic knowledge of home care programs, including service offerings, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
