This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts, job agreements, and related documents
- Assist with payroll processing and progress billing
- Manage scheduling and maintain calendar updates
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Handle collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Prepare and send invoices
- Track work tickets and monitor job progress
- Generate internal reports as needed
- Provide general office support and follow-up on outstanding tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or a related industry is required
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with basic accounting and office software
