Preschool Director

 Passaic, NJ

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM–2:15 PM

Seeking an experienced Preschool Director to lead the daily operations of a licensed preschool. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring NJ licensing compliance, managing enrollment and family relations, and maintaining a safe, high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

• 5+ years of preschool leadership experience

• Preschool classroom experience required

• Additional certifications and extensive experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of NJ childcare licensing regulations

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Employees have the option to enroll a child age 3 and under, with a substantial tuition discount provided.

 Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (based on BA and classroom experience; additional certifications and years of experience may increase compensation)
