A growing healthcare organization is hiring a Director of Business Development & Acquisitions to bring in deals and source new healthcare businesses to invest in or acquire.

What you'll do

• Source and originate new business and acquisition targets across healthcare
• Build and work an owner/operator pipeline through direct outreach and industry relationships
• Drive deals from first conversation through LOI, diligence and close alongside leadership
• Bring in revenue-generating partnerships and opportunities

What you bring

• An established network of contacts in healthcare (SNF, home care, post-acute or related)
• Track record of sourcing and closing deals
• Hunter mentality and real ambition

Compensation & schedule

• Up to $250k base plus commission
• Hybrid: 2 days per week in office (Clifton, NJ)
