Systems Manager

Toms River, NJ | $90,000–$150,000 | Full-Time, In-Office

A growing ABA company is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee its technology platforms, vendors, developers, and operational systems. This role will focus on improving workflows, streamlining processes, managing technology projects, and ensuring the company’s systems operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize platforms including Monday.com, CentralReach, Viventium, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.
• Oversee IT vendors, devices, software, user access, and system security.
• Manage developers and coordinate technology projects and implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automations, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure systems are integrated effectively and meet the company’s operational needs.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business systems, technology platforms, and IT vendors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience overseeing developers or coordinating technology projects.
• Ability to improve processes through automation and system optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare or ABA industry experience preferred.
