Technical Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for turning business needs into clear, actionable development work. You’ll work closely with developers, support, QA, and stakeholders to define priorities, write user stories, clarify requirements, and support delivery. You’ll

also contribute to planning, support analysis, QA, or process improvements when needed. We’re looking for someone who wants to own product outcomes, not just write tickets. We will expect that items that we promise our customers are what we deliver.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the backlog - ensuring it’s prioritized, groomed, and ready for development
• Write clear, testable user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Translate complex operational problems into actionable requirements
• Partner with developers and QA to ensure solutions are feasible and testable
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives
• Ensure consistent communication and transparency across all stakeholders
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and help them find/come up with solutions and set expectations.
