On-Site Property Manager

Our client is seeking an on site property manager to manage approx 400 units with direct oversight of operations and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead APM, leasing, and maintenance staff (7–8 reports)
• Manage tenant relations, renewals, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with regulations, budgets, and operational goals
• Work closely with the regional team and Brooklyn HQ

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of on-site property management experience
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with residential property oversight
