Responsibilities
:
Administrative Support: Providing essential clerical and administrative assistance to the office staff.
Phone Handling: Answering phone calls and promptly redirecting them as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing the daily agenda, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Correspondence and Documentation: Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms.
Contact Management: Updating and maintaining contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
Reports and Filing: Supporting the completion of regular reports and maintaining an organized filing system.
Expense Reporting: Documenting expenses and submitting reports.
Receptionist Duties: Occasionally handling receptionist tasks.
Qualifications
:
Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Must have background in either Mortgages or Loans
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office.
High school diploma.
