Sales Manager

Location: Bayonne, NJ

Salary: $80,000 base + commission

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a nationwide network of ~60 sales representatives
• Train and educate reps on product lines and ensure strong product knowledge
• Drive overall sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
• Build relationships with reps, dealers, and customers
• Conduct direct sales, including outreach to customers and closing deals
• Travel approximately once per month (2 days) to meet reps and attend trade shows (locations may include Florida, Arizona, Las Vegas, and California)
• Participate in and support marketing efforts
• Help launch and grow a new outdoor furniture brand
• Play a key role in scaling the sales team, with potential to hire and manage additional staff

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing or working with sales teams or reps preferred
• Polished, professional communication style
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed sales targets
• Interest in growing into a leadership role and building a team
