Creative Director

Salary: $70,000–$100,000

Location: Montvale, NJ (On‑site)


We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the visual direction of our fast‑growing eCommerce brand. This role sits right between our Amazon operations team and our photographer/content studio, ensuring every product is presented with clean, modern, high‑impact visuals that drive sales.

About the Role

As our Creative Director, you’ll own the full creative pipeline: concepting, directing shoots, overseeing edits, and delivering polished assets for Amazon, our website, and social channels. You’ll guide the look and feel of our brand and make sure every product tells the right story.

Responsibilities 🚀

  • Lead the creative vision for product imagery, brand visuals, and digital content
  • Act as the connector between Amazon operations and the photographer, ensuring all shoots meet marketplace needs
  • Plan and direct product photo shoots, including angles, lighting, styling, and brand consistency
  • Oversee editing, retouching, and final asset delivery for Amazon listings, A+ content, website, and social
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines, style direction, and visual standards
  • Review Amazon listings and optimize visuals for clarity, click‑through, and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional content
  • Manage creative timelines, workflows, and quality control
  • Stay updated on Amazon trends, competitive visuals, and best practices
  • Ensure all creative output is high‑quality, modern, and aligned with brand strategy

Requirements 🎯

  • Experience in creative direction, product photography, or eCommerce content creation
  • Experience with Amazon listings, A+ content, and marketplace visual standards
  • Strong ability to guide photographers, editors, and designers
  • Hands-on skills with Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
  • Sharp eye for composition, lighting, branding, and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume eCommerce environment
