Director of Intake & Enrollment

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Intake & Enrollment operations across all lines of business.
- Supervise Enrollment Agents, Intake & Enrollment Specialists, Disenrollment Specialists, Member Retention staff, Team Leads, and Regional Supervisors.
- Drive membership growth through enrollment, retention, and community outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Ensure individuals and families receive education and guidance regarding available services and programs.
- Monitor enrollment pipelines, member retention, and disenrollment processes.
- Track and report enrollment activity, outreach efforts, and performance metrics.
- Oversee community outreach events and staff engagement throughout the service area.
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations, including CMS and DOH guidelines.
- Manage escalated enrollment, retention, and member service issues.
- Collaborate with state and federal agencies to resolve pending approvals and enrollment matters.
- Assist individuals and families with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance across the department.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing intake, enrollment, outreach, retention, or related healthcare/community services teams.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes.
- Familiarity with CMS and Department of Health (DOH) regulations and guidelines.
- Knowledge of social services and community-based programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community stakeholders.
