This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support our clients in New York and New Jersey.


Responsibilities:


  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.
  • Candidate Management: Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Prepare and provide necessary documentation and information to new employees.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting BCBAs and BTs.
  • Familiarity with the specific requirements and challenges of the behavioral health field.
