Our client is a growing ABA organization seeking an HR Associate to support their HR department in a wide range of administrative and employee relations functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Support benefits administration including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support HR leadership with employee relations matters as needed.
- Assist with performance management tracking and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years HR experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
