HR Associate

Our client is a growing ABA organization seeking an HR Associate to support their HR department in a wide range of administrative and employee relations functions.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support benefits administration including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Support HR leadership with employee relations matters as needed.
  • Assist with performance management tracking and documentation.


Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years HR experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
