Our client is seeking a detail-oriented RCM Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, payment posting, and account reconciliation
• Analyze billing data and reports to identify trends and improve processes
• Ensure accuracy throughout the revenue cycle
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and resolve billing issues

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and reports
• 2+ years of medical billing or healthcare experience preferred
