Our marketing agency is seeking a Senior Designer with a strong background in brand development. This role is ideal for a creative professional who has previously worked extensively on brand identity projects and has at least 3 years of experience in design. The Senior Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual language of client brands, ensuring consistency and innovation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for brand identity projects, from concept to execution.
• Create logos, typography systems, color palettes, and other brand assets.
• Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and the marketing team to bring brand concepts to life.
• Develop guidelines and ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels.
• Present polished design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Stay current with design trends and apply them thoughtfully to client work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in branding and marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
