Our client is hiring a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. You’ll oversee strategy, manage content calendars, track analytics, and ensure our brand voice is consistent across all platforms. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making to grow awareness, recruit talent, and engage families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Coordinate with our Content Creator, Copywriter, and Design team to deliver strong campaigns
- Manage scheduling, captions, and hashtags consistently
- Monitor engagement daily, respond to comments/messages, and escalate when needed
- Track analytics and adjust strategy to improve reach, impressions, and conversions
- Partner with the ad team on paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with larger marketing goals
- Propose and test new formats, campaigns, and community-building initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand voice, HIPAA, and content guidelines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing social media across multiple platforms
- Proven record of growing audiences and boosting engagement
- Strong writing skills with eye for detail and tone consistency
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite/Sprout, etc.)
- Experience with paid campaigns preferred
- Passion for mission-driven healthcare content a strong plus
