Our Client a vibrant, young healthcare company seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to lead their digital presence and engage their audience with fresh, relatable content. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute strategies to grow the brand on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, targeting a health-conscious, millennial, and Gen Z audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and trend-savvy skills to build a dynamic online community and drive brand awareness in the healthcare space.


Responsibilities:


Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand voice—young, hip, and approachable.
  • Create engaging, on-trend content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) that educates and entertains while promoting healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce visually appealing assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent posting schedules.
  • Leverage platform-specific trends (e.g., TikTok challenges, Instagram reels) to increase engagement and follower growth.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, click-throughs) using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
  • Develop KPIs to measure campaign success and report insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize content based on data to maximize reach and impact.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer partnerships, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay ahead of healthcare and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Brand Voice and Community Building:

  • Maintain a consistent, youthful, and authentic brand voice that resonates with our target audience.
  • Build and nurture an online community by engaging with followers, healthcare influencers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure all content is compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and brand guidelines.


This is a full time in person position that will require as needed travel to onsite location
