Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Manager to oversee all operations during the night shift. The Night Shift Manager ensures that the team runs efficiently, adheres to

company policies, meets productivity goals, and maintains safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently

with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate night operations with picking team, replenishment, and

inventory departments.

• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and team performance.
• Conduct nightly briefings, assign tasks, and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Respond to emergencies or issues that arise during the night shift.
• Enforce compliance with company standard operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, reporting shortages and any issues throughout the night.
• Complete and submit nightly reports and performance logs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
• Train and support new or existing staff on night operations.
• Communicate effectively with day-shift management and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a night shift

environment.

• Experience working in the food and Beverage industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Proficient with relevant software and tools (e.g., WMS, ERP, Voice pick, and Routing

solutions).

• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, or extended hours as needed.
