What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — cold calling venues, event planners, simcha coordinators, and corporate clients to bring in new business
- Scout and sign new talent to expand the agency's roster
- Promote artists across the agency's network and beyond
- Plan, coordinate, and execute concerts and live events from first call to final curtain
- Manage operational logistics — vendors, contracts, timelines, and everything in between
- Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back and referring others
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Proven sales experience with a cold calling track record — you pick up the phone without being asked
- Heavy operations background — you juggle multiple moving pieces and nothing falls
- Polished, professional, and articulate — you're the face of a high-profile brand
- Thick skin, high energy, and zero need for micromanagement
Nice to Have
- Experience in music, entertainment, events, or talent management
- Existing relationships with venues, planners, or promoters
- Familiarity with the Jewish simcha and events market

Compensation: Base + commission — structure commensurate with experience
