We are working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a dedicated and strategic Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver results-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth and proactive relationship.
- Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, from strategy development to performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure goals are met, provide ongoing reporting, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent communication and service.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on campaign performance and results.
- Assist with the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Track and manage budgets for assigned accounts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
