Sales Executive - IT Managed Services

Brooklyn, NY | On-Site | Full-Time

$150,000–$180,000 base + commission + equity



A fast-growing IT managed services provider is looking for a sales closer who knows what it takes to win complex, consultative deals. This isn't a transactional role — it's for someone who loves the hunt, knows how to build trust over a long sales cycle, and wants to grow into a sales leadership seat as the company scales.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close — you're the hunter, the relationship builder, and the closer
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the NYC metro area
  • Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions to business decision-makers
  • Develop deep knowledge of prospects' environments to position solutions that actually solve problems
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets, with a clear path to building and leading a sales team


Qualifications;


  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling services (not products) with a long sales cycle
  • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting quota
  • Comfortable selling to C-suite and IT decision-makers
  • Strong pipeline discipline — you know your numbers and manage your CRM religiously
  • NYC-based and excited to be in-office in Brooklyn


Nice to have

  • Experience in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, or tech services
  • Familiarity with platforms like ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar MSP tools
  • Prior experience mentoring junior reps
