Sales Executive - IT Managed Services

$150,000–$180,000 base + commission + equity
A fast-growing IT managed services provider is looking for a sales closer who knows what it takes to win complex, consultative deals. This isn't a transactional role — it's for someone who loves the hunt, knows how to build trust over a long sales cycle, and wants to grow into a sales leadership seat as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close — you're the hunter, the relationship builder, and the closer
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the NYC metro area
- Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions to business decision-makers
- Develop deep knowledge of prospects' environments to position solutions that actually solve problems
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals and respond to RFPs
- Hit and exceed revenue targets, with a clear path to building and leading a sales team
Qualifications;
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling services (not products) with a long sales cycle
- Proven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting quota
- Comfortable selling to C-suite and IT decision-makers
- Strong pipeline discipline — you know your numbers and manage your CRM religiously
- NYC-based and excited to be in-office in Brooklyn
Nice to have
- Experience in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, or tech services
- Familiarity with platforms like ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar MSP tools
- Prior experience mentoring junior reps
