AI & Automation Developer

Location: Montebello, NY

Schedule: Full-time | In Office

Salary:$125,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Build AI applications, workflows, and automations.
• Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Create internal tools for business operations.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI systems.
• Take projects from development through deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hands on experience using AI in your current or previous professional role.
• Experience building software, automations, or AI applications.
• Strong Python or similar backend programming skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and third party integrations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Quick learner with strong problem solving skills.
• Sharp thinker who can figure things out independently.
• Meticulous, detail oriented, and highly organized.
• Proactive and always thinking one step ahead.
• Extremely personable with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Montebello, NY.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI agents or multi step AI workflows.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, MCP, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with Zoho is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, cloud platforms, CI/CD, or containers.
