Responsibilities:

• Underwriting: Analyze commercial mortgage loan applications, including financial statements, property appraisals, and credit reports.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers and the risk associated with each loan transaction.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on borrowers, properties, and market conditions.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive underwriting packages and documentation for loan approval.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including borrowers, lenders, and appraisers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
