Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing tax compliance, providing strategic tax planning, managing staff, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Review federal and state tax returns
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and tax implications
• Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with current tax regulations
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Communicate with auditors and tax authorities as needed
• Host educational webinars and client presentations
• Attend industry conferences and networking events
• Assist with staff training and professional development
• Support additional tax and advisory projects as needed

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
