Our client is seeking a visionary Director of Business Development to lead the next phase of its expansion. This role combines strategic leadership, operational insight, and hands-on execution to drive sustainable growth and strengthen the firm’s market position nationwide.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with the ability to think big while executing with precision. You’ll oversee the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, build key client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class staffing solutions for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Vision: Develop and implement a long-term business development strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and revenue goals.

Sales Leadership: Oversee the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure—while building and mentoring a high-performing sales and client relations team.

Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new geographic and vertical markets.

Client Development: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with corporate, institutional, and government clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations and recruiting teams to optimize service delivery, streamline processes, and ensure scalability as the business grows.

Performance & Reporting: Set clear KPIs and metrics, analyze results, and present performance insights to executive leadership for ongoing refinement of strategies.

Brand & Partnerships: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to elevate brand presence and create strategic alliances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales leadership, or operations- preferably within the B2B services industry.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing new market channels
- Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to build forecasts and business plans
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- A forward-thinking, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
